Shipping & Delivery

Processing times

• Orders are typically processed within three working days (Monday to Friday) and are usually delivered the next working day after dispatch.
• In most cases, orders arrive sooner than these estimates.
• Some orders may take up to seven working days to process due to the nature of the products. We will keep you fully informed throughout.

UK delivery

• UK orders are primarily shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24, and a signature is required on delivery.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
• Standard delivery is free on orders of £150 or more.

International orders

• We ship worldwide, and every international order is tracked.
• Royal Mail International and DHL Express are our main international services. The options and rates available for your address are shown at checkout.
• Delivery times vary by country, but usually take up to seven working days with Royal Mail.

Customs & import fees

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Limited Sneakers. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Address changes & cancellations

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed, so please check your details carefully at checkout.
• If an incorrect address has been entered, please cancel the order immediately by emailing contact@limitedsneakers.co.uk with your order number in the subject line. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value may apply.
• If your order has already been processed, our Returns & Refunds policy will apply.

Important information

Every parcel carries an "if undelivered" return address. This address is only for parcels that cannot be delivered or are lost in transit, and must not be used to return items. To arrange a return, please see our Returns & Refunds page.
