Shipping & Delivery Information

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within three working days (Monday to Friday) and are usually delivered the next working day.
  • In most cases, items arrive sooner than the estimated timeframes.
  • Some orders may require up to seven working days to process due to the nature of the products. Customers will be kept fully informed throughout the process.

Shipping within the UK

  • UK orders are primarily shipped via  Royal Mail Tracked 24 and will require a signature upon delivery.
  • Once dispatched, customers will receive an email update with tracking details.
  • Items marked with ‘🚀 Size’ are eligible for same-day dispatch if ordered by 3 PM.

Shipping Address & Order Changes

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
  • If an incorrect shipping address has been entered, the order should be cancelled immediately by emailing info@limitedsneakers.co.uk with your order number in the subject line. A 5% cancellation fee (of the transaction value) may apply.
  • If the order has already been processed, our returns policy will apply.

International Orders

  • We offer worldwide shipping typically shipped via Royal Mail.
  • Delivery times vary by country but usually take up to 7 working days.
  • DHL Express is available upon request if the additional cost is covered by the customer.
  • Customs & Import Fees: We are not responsible for any customs charges or fees incurred upon receiving your order. Please check with your country's customs office for applicable charges.

Important Note

  • All parcels are sent with an “if undelivered” return address. This address is for cases where the parcel is undelivered or lost in transit and must not be used to return items.
