Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

For all Returns please email your order number to returns@limitedsneakers.co.uk,

Eligible purchases now qualify for free returns if made within 14 days of the purchase date. This will be Store CreditTo qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. 
  1. Initiate Return:

    • Email your order number & reason for the return to [returns@limitedsneakers.co.uk].
  2. Request Review:

    • We will review and respond to your request within 2 business days.
  3. Return Instructions:

    • If accepted, we will provide a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Refund Process:

    • Within 3 business days of receiving the returned item, we will process a gift card for Store Credit on our website, if applicable.

Additional Information:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as Luxury/Designer Items & Collaboration Items (e.g. Travis Scott)
  • Exchanges:  Exchanges for sizes are unavailable, a new order would need to be placed after return.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Quality Control: Returns for quality issues will not be accepted, as they are associated with the manufacturing process of the brands we offer and are beyond our control

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to send a return using an insured delivery service and to the correct address. We reserve the right to refuse a return if our policies are not met.
