Returns Policy

For all returns, please email your order number to returns@limitedsneakers.co.uk.

Eligible purchases qualify for hassle-free returns if requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A £5 fee will apply to cover processing, restocking, and shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Submit a Request:
Email your order number and reason for return to returns@limitedsneakers.co.uk.

2. Request Review:
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Ship the Return
If approved, you must purchase your own return shipping label and send the item back to the address we provide.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the return reaches us safely.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
  • Returns that are lost, delayed, or arrive damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days, minus the £5 restocking fee, to your original payment method.

Exceptions / Non Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Electronics: All electronic items, including Swatch products, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This is due to brand-specific warranty procedures and hygiene considerations.
  • Collectibles: All collectible items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to Pop Mart Labubu & Pokémon merchandise
  • Used/Worn Items: Items showing wear (e.g., creasing, scuffing, odors, dirt, removed tags)
  • Quality Control: We carefully inspect all items before dispatch & always aim to send the best possible pair. However, returns for quality issues related to minor manufacturing imperfections (such as glue marks, stitching variances, or box condition) will not be accepted, as these are common across the brands we stock and beyond our control.
  • Incomplete Packaging: Items missing original components such as shoebox, tags, tissue paper, inserts, or accessories.
  • Improper Packaging: Returns must be shipped in a protective outer box. Do not tape or label the retail packaging directly. Returns received without appropriate protection may be refused or subject to an additional fee.

Additional Information

  • Exchanges: Size exchanges are available, with any applicable fees based on the price difference. To request an exchange, please contact us or place a new order and follow our returns policy to return the original item.
  • Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately if you received the wrong item.

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not comply with our policy.
