Returns Policy
For all returns, please email your order number to returns@limitedsneakers.co.uk.
Eligible purchases qualify for hassle-free returns if requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A £9.99 fee will apply to cover processing, restocking, and shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Submit a Request:
Email your order number and reason for return to returns@limitedsneakers.co.uk.
2. Request Review:
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
3. Return Instructions:
If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged in a shipping box.
4. Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 3 business days, minus the £9.99 restocking fee, to your original payment method.
Exceptions / Non Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Electronics: All electronic items, including Swatch products, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This is due to brand-specific warranty procedures and hygiene considerations.
- Used or Worn Items: Any item showing signs of wear—such as creasing, scuffing, odors, dirt, or removed tags—will be automatically disqualified from return eligibility.
- Items Not in Original Condition or Packaging: All original components must be included with the return, including the undamaged shoebox, tags, inserts, tissue paper, accessories, and outer retail packaging. Missing or damaged packaging will result in the return being declined.
- Improperly Packaged Returns: Returned items must be securely packaged inside a protective shipping box. Do not attach labels, tape, or write directly on the retail shoebox. Returns received without appropriate protection may be refused or subject to an additional fee.
Additional Information
- Exchanges: Size exchanges are available, with any applicable fees based on the price difference. To request an exchange, please contact us or place a new order and follow our returns policy to return the original item.
- Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
- Quality Control: We carefully inspect all items before dispatch and always aim to send the best possible pair. However, returns for quality issues related to minor manufacturing imperfections (such as glue marks, stitching variances, or box condition) will not be accepted, as these are common across the brands we stock and beyond our control.
