Eligible purchases qualify for a hassle-free return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Note: This policy applies to UK customers. EU customers should refer to the dedicated EU section below, which reflects additional statutory rights under EU consumer law.
Returns — UK Customers
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a Request — Email your order number and reason for returning to returns@limitedsneakers.co.uk.
- Request Review — Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Ship the Return — If approved, you must purchase your own return shipping label and send the item back to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for ensuring the return reaches us safely. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Returns that are lost, delayed, or arrive damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Process — Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items (UK)
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for UK customers:
- Electronics: All electronic items, including Swatch products, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This is due to brand-specific warranty procedures and hygiene considerations.
- Collectibles: All collectible items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, Pop Mart Labubu, Pokémon, and Swatch merchandise.
- Used / Worn Items: Items showing signs of wear (e.g. creasing, scuffing, odours, dirt, removed tags).
- Minor Manufacturing Imperfections: We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. However, returns for quality issues related to minor manufacturing imperfections — such as glue marks, stitching variances, or box condition — will not be accepted, as these are common across the brands we stock and are beyond our control.
- Incomplete Packaging: Items missing original components such as the shoebox, tags, tissue paper, inserts, or accessories.
- Improper Packaging on Return: Returns must be shipped in a protective outer box. Do not tape or label the retail packaging directly. Returns received without appropriate outer protection may be refused or subject to a handling fee.
Returns — EU Customers
EU customers benefit from additional statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). The provisions in this section apply to EU customers.
Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU)
As an EU customer purchasing goods remotely, you have the right to withdraw from your order without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days. This withdrawal period begins from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. For orders involving multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You may do so by:
- Emailing us at returns@limitedsneakers.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement of your intention to withdraw; or
- Logging in to your customer account and initiating the return online at: https://shopify.com/61922935002/account
Order Cancellations Before Dispatch (EU)
If your order has not yet been dispatched, EU customers may cancel it by contacting us immediately at returns@limitedsneakers.co.uk. Where cancellation is received before the order ships, we will process a full refund, including any standard outbound shipping charges, within 14 days.
How to Return an Item (EU)
- Submit a Request — Email your order number and reason for return (or statement of withdrawal) to returns@limitedsneakers.co.uk, or initiate via your customer account at https://shopify.com/61922935002/account.
- Request Review — Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Ship the Return — If approved, you must send the goods back to the address we provide without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your intention to withdraw. You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Returns that are lost, delayed, or arrive damaged will not be eligible for refund.
- Refund Process — We will issue your refund — including the cost of standard outbound delivery (where applicable) — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have returned the goods (whichever is earlier). Refunds will be made to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of return, whichever is earliest.
Condition of Returned Goods (EU)
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Items that have been worn, used, or damaged beyond reasonable inspection may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount.
Returns must be shipped in a protective outer box. Do not tape or label the retail packaging directly. Returns received without appropriate outer protection may be refused or subject to a handling fee.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items (EU)
Please note: Certain categories of goods are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive. We will always aim to make this clear at the point of purchase. The following items may be non-returnable under EU law:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery. This may apply to certain footwear, collectiblies and accessories.
- Used / Worn Items: Items showing signs of wear (e.g. creasing, scuffing, odours, dirt, or removed tags).
- Incomplete Packaging: Items missing original components such as the shoebox, tags, tissue paper, inserts, or accessories.
Important: The applicability of exemptions — in particular regarding electronics and collectibles — under EU consumer law may vary depending on the specific product and jurisdiction. We recommend seeking independent legal advice if you are uncertain about your rights in relation to a specific item. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights.
Additional Information
Business Customers
This Returns Policy is intended for purchases made by consumers (Business-to-Consumer / B2C transactions) only.
Orders placed by businesses, traders, resellers, or other commercial entities (Business-to-
Business / B2B transactions) are not covered by the consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights described in this policy, including any statutory cooling-off periods that may apply to consumers under UK or EU consumer protection laws.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales made on a Business-to-Business basis are final. Any return, exchange, cancellation, or refund request for Business-to-Business orders shall be considered solely at our discretion.
We reserve the right to determine whether an order has been placed for business or commercial purposes.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are available, with any applicable fees based on the price difference between items. To request an exchange, please contact us directly at returns@limitedsneakers.co.uk, or place a new order and follow our returns procedure to return the original item.
Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at returns@limitedsneakers.co.uk. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
