1. Introduction and Acceptance

Direct sales channels include, but are not limited to, WhatsApp, email, social media platforms, invoices, or any other form of direct communication (“Direct Sales”).
By accessing the Site, placing an order, or completing a transaction through any Direct Sales channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or proceed with any purchase.
Where an order is placed via Direct Sales, acceptance of these Terms shall be deemed to occur upon confirmation of the order, issuance of an invoice, or submission of payment, whichever occurs first.

3. Product Listings and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, and pricing are accurate at the time of listing. However, we do not warrant that any content is complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Colourway, texture, and finish may vary slightly due to display settings and lighting conditions.
3.2 Deadstock / Brand New Condition
Products listed as “Deadstock” or “Brand New” refer to items that are unworn, unused, and, where applicable, include original packaging (e.g. box, tags, accessories), unless expressly stated otherwise.
Due to storage, age, and handling, such items—particularly footwear and collectible goods—may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections. These include, but are not limited to, slight yellowing, creasing, oxidation, glue marks, or packaging wear such as box damage or label fading. These are normal within the resale and collectibles market and do not constitute defects.
For collectible items, including limited releases and discontinued products, buyers acknowledge that natural aging may affect appearance, materials, structural integrity, or wearability over time. These characteristics are inherent to collectible goods.
By purchasing such items, you accept these characteristics as part of the product condition. They do not constitute faults unless the item significantly deviates from its description.
3.3 Authenticity
We make reasonable efforts to verify the authenticity of all products, including sourcing from reputable suppliers and conducting authentication checks.
However, you acknowledge that:
- Authentication is not an exact science
- Reasonable differences of opinion may exist
- Industry standards may evolve
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for authenticity disputes where:
(a) we have acted in good faith
(b) reasonable authentication steps were taken
(c) the item was not purchased from an authorised retailer
All authenticity disputes must:
- Be raised within 14 days of delivery
- Include a written report from a recognised authentication service
- Be based on the item in its original, unaltered condition
We reserve the right to obtain a second independent opinion, which shall be final in the event of disagreement.
4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT where required. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

4.2 Payment
Full payment is required at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
4.3 Pricing Errors
